The opulent bright fruit and subtle oak with imbued hints of clove spice, ripe cherries and violets creates a lovely, softtextured and elegant wine to be enjoyed now or over the next 5 years.

Handpicked from 17-year-old dryland vines on Swartland schist soils. 100% de-stemmed and fermented in open-top fermenters. Elevage took place in 500L French oak puncheons for 12 months.
