TASTING NOTES

Delicate bubbles dance with bright, wild strawberry and juicy pomegranate notes, while subtle floral hints add elegance to this sparkling rosé. The lovely rose gold hue catches the light beautifully, and the crisp, dry finish leaves you craving another sip of this effervescent delight.

Harvest took place from late January and ended mid-February. The Cinsault grapes were whole-bunch pressed, with the free-run juice settled and fermented naturally. The wine matured on the fine lees for six months before being canned.
