TASTING NOTES

Notes of wild strawberries, floral undertones and mouth-watering pomegranate flavours. A beautiful rose gold hue and fantastic dry finish makes this rosé so delicious.

Harvest started end of January and ended middle of February. The Cinsault grapes were whole bunch pressed and the free run was settled and fermented naturally. Wine was left on the fine lees for 6 months until bottling.

100% Cinsault, Alc 12.5%, Screw Cap, W. O. Swartland
