So we’re shaking things up (and pouring over ice) with a few easy wine cocktails that bring out the playful side of Dawn Patrol Wines. Perfect for hot afternoons, beach braais or lazy sunset sessions with friends.
The Coastal Breeze with Dawn Patrol Sauvignon Blanc (Serves 2 - 4)
- 250ml (8.45oz) Dawn Patrol Sauvignon Blanc
- 250ml (8.45oz) Tonic water or sparkling water
- A few slices of cucumber and fresh basil
- Plenty of ice
Simple, hydrating, and perfect post-surf. Crisp, citrusy and made for beach days.
The Surf Sangria with Dawn Patrol Cinsault Rosé (Serves 6 - 10)
- 750ml (25.36oz) Dawn Patrol Cinsault Rosé
- 250ml (8.45oz) Lemonade or soda water
- Fresh berries, orange slices and mint
- A splash of white rum if you’re feeling adventurous
- Plenty of ice
Serve it cold, pour it freely, and let the good times roll.
The Dawnie Spritz with Dawn Patrol Chenin Blanc (Serves 3 - 6)
- 250ml (8.45oz) Dawn Patrol Chenin Blanc
- 250ml (8.45oz) Soda water
- 125ml (4.25oz) Fresh grapefruit juice
- Ice and a slice of citrus and a sprig of thyme
- Plenty of ice
Light, zesty and sun-ready, just like a sea breeze in a glass.
The Sunset Cooler with Dawn Patrol Merlot (Serves 2 - 4)
- 250ml (8.45oz) Dawn Patrol Merlot
- 125ml (4.25oz) Cranberry juice
- 125ml (4.25oz) Soda water or tonic water
- A squeeze of orange juice
- Fresh mint and a few orange slices
- Plenty of ice
Smooth, juicy and perfectly chilled. This one is made for golden-hour moments after a long day in the surf.
